I applied online to the position. This then led to a video interview which asked about previous experience with small amounts of technical knowledge. After the video interview was complete, I received a call inviting me to an interview day where a number of prospective recruits were given a tour of the building. The interview day also consisted of three interviews. First, a group of 5 or 6 would be brought to room where they would be given a possible business plan to discuss, with the group deciding on the plan of action. This was watched by a number of interviewers and was timed for 30 minutes. After this, each person did an individual presentation after being given 15 minutes to prepare. This presentation was to a panel of 2. For the final part, each person was taken to a meeting room by 2 interviewers where they would be asked questions based on previous work experience.
