SAP HR Manager interview questions

Phone interview 1st phase was taken only. I didnt get to the second phase even thou my profile perfectly matched the job. I know that bc lm hiring and in HR field myself. The problem was l dont think the recruiter was listening me, l said l has 20 direct reports and she asked me later that l said l had 4 direct reports, and how was it? l corrected her but lost my trust that she paid attention at all.
