The general manager sat down with me, explained his role and the asked me about myself and experience. We then went over a little about the role and what my responsibilities would be.

They had multiple interviews and ask a lot of questions about self development. Seems like a lot for a minimum wage job. Overall the interviewing manager was nice but can tell they didn’t have much time to devote to the interview.
