Amgen Senior Project Manager interview questions

Asked a friend to refer me and here is the timeline: Submitted application Next week, I received text and email from AI to set up an HR interview HR screening was easy (why you are looking to leave, why Amgen etc.)and they were upfront about salary and total comp. No room for negotiation was made clear on base pay. The same week had a second round with the hiring manager, questions were focused on the ability to manage cross-functional teams, being able to influence, how do I give feedback, what motivated me to apply for this role and Amgen? Essential to know the role and have examples handy to show how you have done that before. I was told the next step would be a panel interview, it’s been three weeks, and haven’t heard back from Amgen yet. Over all the process is slow and fragmented.

Initial phone interview with the hiring manager, followed by a series of video call interviews with hiring manger, the team director and a few team members. The interviews were roughly a half hour each and were concise and straightforward.
